Over crowded, lessons starting late/finishing early, not enough seating, 1 person at service desk so queuing is long...

My children all learnt to swim here. The instructors were very attentive and the staff were always friendly & helpful.

All kids need to learn to swim before it's too late it's a part of Education and growing up like learning first aid

Really disappointed with the lack of support for introducing new kids. My 3 year old daughter went for the first time today. There was no introduction or welcome it was just wait untill it's your turn and jump in. My Daughter is shy and tentative and I was not allowed in the water to get her settled, I was told to sit on the side. the supervisor approached the class with again no introduction and asked the instructor are you ok with dad sitting on the side". It looks great for confident kids however it would be great if upon arrival you were asked if your child is comfortable in the water with or without their parents. If your kids need a bit of support when trying new things this is not the school for you."

Stateswim put my daughter in a level too low and then kept saying they'd assess and the kept forgetting to do it despite me asking them. She's had changing teachers with little consistency and she lost her confidence and hadn't benefited from the lessons. She was doing surf club where she can swim over 25m unaided in deep water and SS have her swimming 5m lengths with a kickboard! I wanted to strengthen her swimming so am hugely disappointed with them.

Great place.to learn to swim then get plenty practice & skill development once you can. Kid's been coming since 2011!

Wonderful and the teachers are great and helpful

Not only a great learn to swim program, but an amazing squad program too. Coaches and staff are friendly and really help you to advance your training in squads :).

Great instructors! Can get busy though and quite hot inside the complex sometimes
