Very poor shopping experience. No one is interested in explaining anything and don’t care about your business. Spend nearly $400 in Head tennis racquet but got a service less than $10 .never visiting again…. Rather go to a shop where they genuinely interested in you and your business

They went to the effort of calling me up to give me more information on my racquet restring and even changed my order to better suit my needs. Antony was very knowledgeable, informative and friendly.I highly recommend Tennis Warehouse Australia and look forward to using them as my one stop tennis shop in the future.

Great place to buy a racquet!Friendly staff.Location is a bit hidden, have to walk through between two warehouses, but at the end you'll find it.They have a great little strip to test demo racquets inside, with nets and radar. Highly recommend.

Nothing but great service from Tennis Warehouse Australia. More amazing when you know that they are in Victoria and I am in Queensland. They have always ensured that goods are sent on time and very helpful even with minor purchases. Could not recommend them highly enough for customer service. A pleasure to deal with over the last 8 years. Thanks guys.

Had the pleasure to go into the store today. The store is nicely presented with everything visible.Steve helped me out with a couple of options for a new racquet choice. He is fantastic and knows what his talking about.Fantastic shop. Kudos!

Edit (update): I visited the store on a couple of occasions, I appreciate the good service and the staff were very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------I am yet to visit the store in person but disappointed to say I had a negative experience when enquiring over the telephone, especially given the significantly positive reviews Tennis Warehouse has received.Tennis restringing prices are not mentioned on the website which was why I had to call in the first place. I was met by a person who would only really give 1 word answers and sighed on several occasions before answering. It sounded like she didn't want to talk to me, which is honestly completely fine, I used to work in a similar role and didn't enjoy answering calls from customers myself. But I think this tone doesn't need to be so overt. I will give her credit though, I could tell she was trying to suppress her sighs before answering so props for the effort I guess.Given the 4.6 star rating at time of writing, I am going to give this staff member the benefit of the doubt and say that she was probably having a bad day. It seems that as a whole Tennis Warehouse Australia give great service. I would be happy to change my review if I have a better experience on visiting in person.

Service has improved here recently and makes it now the best tennis store in Melbourne in my opinion. Huge range of products at competitive pricing compare to other stores. I've purchased 3 racquets from this store this year alone (Aero Rafa, Aero VS and recently Strike VS) and a few accessories. Wide range of strings are available. Better to come in during the weekdays as it gets really busy on the weekends.

Bought shoes today. Excellent service. Staff were very nice, attentive and helpful. Was after the Adidas Barricades but they didn't have my size. However staff recommended two other shoes and they were spot on. Widest range of shoes I've seen. Highly recommend

Excellent service. There was an issue with the post provider meaning my parcel was lost, which was out of the control of Tennis Warehouse. As soon as it was realised they posted a replacement order to me via express post for no extra cost, it arrived then after 2 days. The staff were very helpful.
