I wash my two dogs at Petbarn once a month and by doing it myself I’m saving hundreds of $, thank you for the self service option Petbarn. I always order online at Petbarn and pick it up at City Farmers close to me, it’s so convenient and the pricing is always fair. I like the reward system Frequent Feeder because I’m buying so often I’m getting additional discount. Thank you Petbarn! This photo are my two dogs on their cuddler beds purchased at Petbarn.

Great staff and they have stocks of my pets' faves almost always and are great at finding them at another store if they don't. Grateful for their friendly helpful staff!

We purchased a small dog harness and wanted to exchange it for the next size up. We lost the original receipt but produced the credit card transaction. Pet Barn couldn't be bothered to look up the the details on their accounting software. They refused the exchange. This is very poor form. We wont be shopping at the store again and recommending to friends to shop elsewhere.

I'm a member and have accumulated so many points I rarely buy stuff in full price !! Amazing service by the girls (and guys!).I come here every fortnight and have never been disappointed before! Thanks so much you guys !!

Excellent customer service. Staff are friendly and even though there were a couple of people waiting in the queue took time to listen and help me with in a very personal way. I would shop here all the time if the car park wasn’t a complete nightmare.

Kaycee is an amazing staff member who has always been so helpful with all my pet needs and enquiries. Staff in general do amazing despite how busy the store usually is.

I had bought 12 cans of dog food. My dog had 2 cans but never really liked it. Came back to the store to return the 10 unopened cans, but they refunded me for all 12 cans which was great. Very helpful staff.

Ok, so - Pet barn is expensive - but the staff at this store are absolute angels. They know their stuff and genuinely want to help you find what it is you need for your pet. Their stock is whack and they never seem to have exactly what I need on the shelves, but they go above and beyond to help find something in lieu.

While most of the staff here are great the guy with the beard is a bald-faced liar. I ordered something online but received the wrong item. When I took it to the store he told me it was the right item, and it had just changed names, before even looking at my invoice to see what I’d ordered. Once he found the correct item he told me that the supplier had changed the barcode so the two items scan up the same - but of course the barcodes are completely different. It was a straight up lie. Mistakes happen in retail, I have no issue with that but own up to them - don’t lie, I especially when it’s such a bad lie.This kind of behaviour is why people are losing faith in in-person retail shopping. If we can’t trust the advice or guidance of staff why wouldn’t we just buy online from Amazon or another faceless company? Do better - perhaps have this guy go back to training with some of the nice young floor staff who work there and treat their customers with respect.If he can’t get the basics right then some form of performance monitoring would be helpful from staff who are a little more skilled in their positions.
