Unfortunately, I will never use this company again.The repeated work required to bring my car back to what it was initially and the shoddy work done to the vehicle in that process let's them down. The service is good and people in charge were great but they are let down by the workers under them.

Never heard back from them after the inspection. Waited over 3 months, I contacted them 5 times and still never heard back. Poor customer service and system uninterested in doing the insurance work.

Completely dodgie. Asked for photos from a false racq claim. They won't provide them. Unbelievable fraud.

My vehicle was sent here as they were the preferred repairer of Aami. Vehicle was repaired quickly. After collecting the repaired vehicle and arriving home I inspected further. Was very disappointed with the care taken and workmanship on my 65k vehicle. The interior was disgraceful. Black leather interior was entirely covered in thick white dust. And I mean thick. Big white boot prints on the door trims, drivers door, carpet and mats. There’s a big scratch down the drivers side of the vehicle. The bumper bar doesn’t align properly with the rear quarter panels on both sides of the vehicle. Paint is chipped and scratched off the bumper bar in these corners. Reversing sensors no longer work

Good communication and quick turn around. Would use again.

If I could write a review with zero stars I would. The saga that we've been through to try and get our car fixed defies logic and it's still not back to the way it was. Long story short, go elsewhere. Run from this company. It is not worth the stress and aggravation. Insist that your insurance company give you another option

Left my damaged parts in the boot of my car & someone’s headphones in the door. Good communication through out repair & looks like a good job as been done to the damaged area.

From a terrible situation came such a positive experience. I received immaculate service and support from Gemini. I was informed at every step with what was happening with parts and repair. The communication and customer service was impressive my car was finished 2 weeks ahead of schedule. I am extremely impressed and would recommend to anyone
