A really good experience buying a bike for my daughterHelpful staff member let her try out all the bikes in her size and my budget and she was able to make the right choice that suited her.Really impressed with this bike shop, will certainly go back again.

Came in looking for a tire tube for an Escooter.. but because this was a bike shop they didn't hold the tube but the lady behind the counter was such a help. She could have very easily shrugged her shoulders and said we don't deal with Escooters but she came up with the idea of going to a baby stroller shop for an 8inch tube..Great service! Will be back for anything bike related in the future 10/10

I purchased an electric bike from Bay Bikes earlier this year. On my initial visit I spoke to a man whom I believed owner the business, he was very knowledgeable and courteous and I left feeling that I know understood more about the bike I was interested in. I went to a number of other shops but could not find what I wanted. A week later my wife and I went back to Bay Bikes and waited for a while and was greeted by a lady that was the other owner. I started asking questions about a particular bike and she seemed very uninterested, it was like try to extract blood from a stone. She spent more time looking around than looking after us. I said to my wife should we really buy something of someone with that sort of attitude? Fortunately for her we were sick of shopping around and decided to buy the bike and take it with us. We didn’t expect such a poor attitude considering we were spending over $3000 on a bike. We asked for a manual and she said we should come back in a week when got more in. If it were my business and I do own a business, I would have asked for our address and mailed it. Instead we had to drop in 2 more times before we finally got it. This maybe insignificant to her but she has also potentially lost out on any referrals or other good will. My son has just spent over $9000 on a racing bike elsewhere as we told him about our experience at Bay Bikes. With such a poor attitude, this person will no doubt lose many more sales and customers for them in these already challenging times. .. David
