Carters Transport

A truly great experience with Carters Transport. Working in the freight industry myself, I know only too well how frustrating and challenging it can be - especially in these times.However, Carters Transport proved to me the art of customer service and going that extra mile is not lost.The young bloke who delivered 55 x 5.5m composite decking boards (weighing 20kg each) unloaded half by hand and I came home to help him offload the rest. His attitude was one where nothing was impossible. He was positive, helpful and confident. He even managed to back the flatbed truck up my steep driveway with ease.. what a trooper. He also mentioned he was going for his HR licence later that day - I hope he got it. A credit to his parents and Carters Transport.Highly recommended.

I received a call from Carters Transport saying they could not get to my house due to the low bridge and I organised to pick up my delivery from the Depot. I called up the main office and the Operations Manager called the driver and organised another drop off point which saved me hours of travel time! Excellent customer service from both driver and the Office, thanks again guys, great work, much appreciated!
