I'm in my 8th year of training with Mel and love it. Not only is it great for my fitness, the women I train with have become friends. We connect over a coffee and a chat after training and regularly enjoy social outings together. The training has given me a stronger and fitter body and the women have provided me with friendship and support, always, but particularly when I've needed it most. Training on a regular basis is empowering. It gives me confidence to know that I am strong and fit enough to enjoy my life as best I can.

This is THE BEST fitness studio anywhere. No matter your age, body shape, or fitness level Mel can not only help you but make it fun as well. It's amazing the simple exercises you can do in small spaces to stay fit and well. Socialising is also encouraged which is so important as we age.
