Mark and Jun at the Tuggerah store provided excellent customer service and advice. The lounge was delivered on time, however a lead was unplugged inside which caused a little worry. I called the store for advice and it was promptly sorted. The lounge was a great price and very comfortable. I will shop there again

Had the best experience recently with Supreme. Bought 2 couches (2 & 3 seater) before xmas. Great quality and price point. Delivered promptly in time for xmas and accommodated our delivery availability without question. The gentleman we dealt with was so lovely. On my way there again tomorrow to get some more pieces. Highly recommend!!

Bought a nice black 3-seater electrical recliner. Good price and had lay-by. They can store for a long time in case the house isn't finished. Very friendly as well.

Purchased a couple of great recliners from this store several months back, had an issue with one of the electric recliners. Contacted the store and the Manager responded promptly, communicated with us throughout and organised the efficient warranty repair to the unit. We were really impressed with the way the issue was resolved. Products and service are first class, however it was the way that they responded to an issue that shows the professionalism of the company. We were delighted and will be returning customers for our future purchases, We couldn't recommend Blake the Manager and his team highly enough. Thank you.

Sales guy was really helpful. He spent alot of time with us, answering our questions etc. Nothing was a problem. We felt really comfortable and not rushed. It was such a lovely shopping experience. He was also able to give us Amazing discounts on our products. Best shopping experience we have had in many years.

I loved shopping at Supreme. The staff are very friendly and helpful, you almost feel at home and the manager Blake goes out of his way to provide help and assistance. Can you imagine that he's going to personally deliver an item I bought in his own car to my place simply because I wanted urgent delivery--that's what I call customer service at its best!

Furniture looks great. Sales person that sold us the table was unprofessional making racist comments to us as complete strangers. Was told a delivery time on a Saturday of 1200-1500 I sit here at 2030 with the furniture arriving. The delivery blokes were good and assembled as required. But as I found out package removal was not included (somthing I found out after the fact, you think the sales person would have atleast suggested it).

My partner and I went in looking for a couch.Within a few minute we had one of the workers come over and ask if we needed a hand but wasn’t over bearing or in your face.We went from couch to couch and back and forth, the other worker(who we later found out was the manager) came over and asked if we needed a hand so we stated it was between two of the couches so he went through a few things with us which helped make our decision a whole lot easier.Both manager and other worker were so nice and helpful and no question we asked was too much trouble!We will recommend this shop to our friends
