Don't be sucked in by the $45 call out fee on the ad and the cost that they quoted over the phone. They told me that I would be charge around $100 to unlock the door. The job was done less than 5 minutes and I was charged $275 with no detailed description on the receipt! What a ripped off.

Appointment booked for 9am, turned up at 10:30am. Could not programme and cut key leaves at 12:15pm. I have not new key.Incompetent but did apologise!!Make up your own mind on this company.

Dodgy company, got my garage remotes changed from him took a hefty $300 and within a week the remotes not working now. Trying to contact but no one answering.

Poor service and very expensive. The ad said Narre Warren, so instead of the 25-30 minutes that they quoted to arrive, took hour to arrive as he actually came from Clayton during peak hour. Also don't be sucked in by the $45 call out fee on the ad, as it costed me just under $140 for 10 minutes work.If not for the misleading ad I could have got a local here in half the time and for half the price. A flat out misleading rip off!

Terrible work. I had Francisco come over to open the door after keys got left inside. He did, and in the process seriously scratched the interior wall and door. He was supposed to send me an invoice, never did, kept saying he will, then eventually stopped responding to the messages. Very unprofessional all through.
