I personally love the place. Noticed that a lot of the people that I love that used to go at certain times just aren't going anymore and I do mean the numbers have dropped off a lot. Couple things I keep hearing pop up. Want to mention that I've had zero problems with the owner and it might not even be their fault at all;Number 1: Parent company of the direct debit system that are used to process payments through the weekly paying members has terrible reviews saying that once you've used it once it has access to everything of yours bank related and I mean it has it all. Even the pin code to your internet banking app on your phone and it has access to that too. One of my friends told me he had money just taken from his account and it's probably the companies fault saying they had no money in their account thus a surcharge occurred. They showed me the day it came out and what they had in their account and they had thousands so that can't be right. Then it happened to another friend and he just left that gym now another and he's thinking about leaving too.2. There's some people in there that have some very off-putting vibes, looks like they're trying to size everyone up. When that person was on a break the numbers went way up, when they came back they slowly went down to pretty much no one at that time of the day

Awesome place

Good equipment but that's probably about all it has to offer.When asking if I could cancel my membership I had no response and when I was able to get in contact I was treated like a piece of dirt and so was my partner.Debit company is also a joke.Would not recommend.

Great gym, smallish space but loads of equipment, just had my first session, the vibe is chill. Great place.
