So I've just received a reprint of a photo album I created a couple of weeks ago, of our trip to Japan. To say I'm thrilled is an understatement. From the moment the first book was received, the customer service has been exceptional. There were only a couple of minor issues with the printing of my book (mainly page trimming), but there was absolutely no hesitation from Albumworks in immediately offering a reprint. But on top of this, I was given the opportunity to make some additional changes to improve the overall result. Today I received the revised/re-printed book, and it is superb. This is not the first time I have ordered, and as always, the quality of the printing, and the book overall, is outstanding. The application used to create the book is sophisticated but also straight forward. Yes, there are cheaper photo book companies out there, but this is a prime example of you get what you pay for". I will never ever order a photo book from anywhere else."

I have been so impressed with Albumworks that I have remained a loyal customer for printing my photobooks for 12 years now. They are an Australian company offering friendly customer service and advice. Your Photobooks are created using their free layout and design app which is easy to use for people who are photo and computer literate. I use the custom design option in their app, but beginners can literally drop their photos straight into the many theme styles to choose from. Recently all of my 36 precious albums were destroyed along with my house in the Black Summer bushfires. I rang Albumworks who to my delight and relief had all my albums on file and offered to print them all on their best high definition glossy paper for a very generous price – thank you so much Albumworks team!

What a wonderful company with prompt customer service to ensure you get exactly what you ordered. I used the online software to create my album and found it to be user friendly. I ordered my wedding album through them and would highly recommend the product. The quality of the print is undeniably the best I have seen and really worth the price. The albums are great but their delivery partner Aramex is terrible - so don't be relying on them arriving in a timely manner - and no-one actually seems to care that the albums have been sitting in a depot in Sydney for 10 days leading into Xmas (because they are printed in Malaysia) so will now not arrive in time - furious - hours of work making albums and now I have to go and buy new presents - so disappointed - lack of support to escalate this to resolve it means I won't be using them again sadly

Absolutely THE best photo book I have ever had made. Very impressed by not only the website from a marketing perspective, but the service, speed of delivery, delivery tracking and actual product. Highly recommend. The only improvements I'd suggest: software UX - a little old school, but still better than other services. And integrating the software with Google Photos if possible, not just Instagram & Facebook.
