How dose $3 sandwich on Wednesday turn into a $5 sandwich on a Thursday when there over a day old just ask OTR Let's rip people off. The Management didn't get that question.

Predictably efficient, coffee machine can slow service but it is normally going to an exhausted tradie or driver so I don't mind the wait. Surprisingly well stocked. Very convenient service with a premium price that can be lowered if you buy their specials.

Honestly the worst place ever… I have been asking for a Moe’s milkshake for over a year now and they tell me the machine is broken every single time… the worker told me that the machine only makes about 1-2 milkshakes a day before it breaks down… how can a company with so much money take over a year to replace the milkshake machine… keep in mind they have big advertising signs for a Dog & Shake all over the shop. The worker also said they just don’t really care about fixing it… I could seriously go tomorrow and have them tell me the same thing… please fix this issue I’ve been waiting over a year just to get my milkshake.

What can be said. It's a petrol station. Like all other OTR, there's mini-deli shopping inside. Also, Subway franchise and coffee service. Easy to locate on Port Road.

Come in today at around 6pm and put some petrol, some cigarettes and other stuff and then i asked for a loaded dog with the lot and the girl on the counter refused to make me one.She said, she had to change the price of the petrol and doesn’t have the time to make me one.I asked her nicely if she can make one before she goes outside to change the price as my daughter requested to have a hot dog for dinner and she said sorry find something else to get her to eat.The customer should always comes first. We are the people that keep your business going and to refuse the order isn’t right.Few weeks ago the same girl refused to make me a coffee as she was too busy and i should come back in twenty minutes.Couldn’t believe my ears. The same girl once before i asked for a packet of cigarettes and gave me the papers to roll the tobacco. Then when i told her that i didn’t ask for the papers, i asked for a packet of rothman green in 40’s.Then she brought me back a bag of tobacco who knows what brand they were and instead of apologising to me for her mistake, she gave me the dirty ugly look .You should be able to have a word with her ( i think her name is Soraya). Everybody there are so lovely and she is the only one who has given me an attitude

Regularly stop off to get a coffee. Great coffee, however don't be in a hurry for 2 coffees it takes on average 13 minutes to make and 1 is 8 minute's. Extremely slow service and don't always listen to your order. This is through the drive thru.

OTR said they they're OPEN 24 HOURS ... But they're NOT!! The door was closed and the attendant wasn't going to open the door. I think that it is terrible that an older is expected to wait in the rain at the night window without any protection. I asked for a classicStrawberry and was told he didn't have be any, I asked for scratchies and he didn't have any... i doubt it very much... i just think he didn't want to walk over to the fridge to get it.... Bad Service.. And bad Manners
