Woot woot Sephora has made its presence felt at Indro. The space is great, the range is extensive, and staff are lovely and helpful.Only thing that annoyed me was watching some teenagers trying on lip glosses themselves and re-rubing wands. I feel like staff should have seen this and jumped on the unsanitary practice. To be fare, the shop has been very busy the 3 times I've visited and staff have been in demand the entire time, and the glossing only occurred during my most recent visit.

Over the past couple days I have had a fantastic experience with Theresa B, a staff member at Sephora who went above and beyond to assist me. Her extensive knowledge of all products and her genuine enthusiasm, made my shopping trip enjoyable and productive. I highly recommend Theresa B and her outstanding customer service to anyone visiting Sephora.

Went in at about 2.45pm Monday (today). No staff even said hello to me. 1 was restocking makeup, however she was sitting on the floor gossiping to another staff member. 2 other staff members were standing and talking behind the counter. I even noticed other potential shoppers walk in and then quickly leave the store, not one person was spoken to..

Today, I received amazing customer service from Theresa B. Theresa B helped me so much by matching my concealer perfectly and giving me helpful advice on makeup. She knew exactly what she was doing and was extremely friendly. Will definitely be shopping here again.

Had a great experience atIndooroopilly Sephora as staff was amazing.Visited store last week and staff “Hi” has been nothing but exceptional. He was very patient and helpful with finding the right product for me! My usual foundation was out of stock but he was able to find and recommend an even better match by another brand ! Now it’s my favourite holy grail <3 thank you.

Came in with my daughter to purchase some Skin care. The lovely skincare Specialist named Brittney was so Knowledgeable and Friendly. Talked through the importance of each step and how to use the products effectively. Will definitely Be coming back for more Skincare.
