Beware Stay away from this company. They are only interested in the $80 call out fee and will only take cash. I had to ask for a receipt and business card. It was clear when they came to fix my dishwasher that they didn't know what they were doing. I had to even show them how to open it. They said they would contact me the next day which they didn't and took several days to quote me on a new part which after calling around could find the part half the quoted price.If you read the reviews they are from family members.Save yourself some time and money and use another repairer.

Alex was amazing. My dryer drum stopped turning. He happened to be close by so came over in 10 minutes (this happened to be 4pm on a Wednesday!) He was very professional. He took care to protect the floor and my dryer as he diagnosed the problem. He then explained the issue and showed me the fault. The price was very reasonable especially considering how quick everything was. He had all the parts in his van and my dryer was repaired in 30 minutes! If I could give 10 stars I would. Thanks Alex! I am getting him back to fix the seal on my oven next! Can’t recommend his services enough.

They replaced my dishwasher with a refurbished one. It broke within warranty period and fixed free of charge.. turns out it was blocked so was ultimately my fault. Great guys and fully recommended

I gave MH a try based on other reviews, the reasonable quote, and their ability to come out quickly to repair our washing machine. Other places had higher call out fees and could not come for weeks. I sent MH the error message code on the machine and the model number and Ali arrived prepared and ready to fix the machine on the specified day. He and his co-worker arrived on time, were professional, worked efficiently and were very considerate. In my excitement to have a working machine, I forgot to get a tax invoice, but Ali emailed one through. I would highly recommend this company and would use again.
