We have been dealing with Biochem and Richard for years. His service is exceptionally great, he always has a solution to our trade waste area or cooling tower problems. Any problem and he would be at our site on a short notice. He proactively suggested us a decanting machine to save our costs and he is currently doing us trial and cost analysis. On top of everything his service is fairly priced he won't rip you off and will always accommodate your needs. So nice and charming that I've never seen frowns or worry on his face.
