Very happy with my Actron ESP 20kW unit. Ian and his guys at A4 Air did a fantastic job and I would recommend them if you are considering installing a ducted system in Brisbane

Have just spoken to Actron Air and not sure if its because I'm a woman in the trade however, the guy had no time to offer his help to me and suggested the person who usually does the AC work call him back.

The air conditioners are average to medium quality. Do not buy if you want a remote set-up as their app NEVER works properly. I've been battling with their excuses for over a year now.

I have rang tech support twice today and been left on hold both times for an hour and a half with no one answering pretty pathetic if you ask me. At least change your music when leaving people on hold and not bothering to answer them.But I have two split systems not even 6 months old the upstairs one broke in November still waiting for that to be changed and told it would be done in two weeks but 3 months later still not done.Now the down stairs one is playing up and no one wants to answer phones.

Very poor customer service, no communication from them upon my initial inquiry. Asked them for a recommended dealer for a quote on a new system, then wrote to the said dealer and then never heard back from them again. No follow-up from Actron Air to see if I was looked after by their dealer. Would not recommend them

I like to support an Australian company, sadly this product falls well short of expectations. I replaced an older unit with a larger 14 KW unit. It neither heats nor cools efficiently, after many complaints and adjustments at my cost the unit is still under performing.

Called service line. Left on hold for over an hour with the most annoying hold music, to the point I couldn't take it anymore. Look elsewhere as its not clear they're able to attend to any service work. Look elsewhere. Not recommended. Will be purchasing another unit from another manufacturer.

My Aircon is not working. Actron Air are short of staff. Its Summer. Its Queensland. A Miller, is the glue that holds this company together. His communication skills make him the front end problem solver in Brisbane. He should be paid 3 x whatever he is currently receiving . During the pandemic he held your company together with his own hands. Please review you support and business processes. Long phone waiting queues , staff unsure of the correct response to customers. Hold music that loops and loops. Consider staff leaving as a lesson, plan for business continuity. A large financial bonus for A Miller is required. Thank you kind sir.
