WORST FULFILLMENT CENTERI recently had a terrible experience with Future, and stay away from them. The company showed a complete lack of concern for their customers and did nothing to help or support during a difficult situation.When I reached out to the customer service team, I was met with apathy and indifference. My concerns were dismissed, and I was left feeling frustrated and ignored. I couldn't believe that a company could be so callous towards their customers.Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Future fulfilment, and I would advise others to steer clear of this company. They clearly have no regard for their customers' needs or satisfaction, and their lack of professionalism and empathy is truly concerning. Save yourself the trouble and find a company that truly cares about their customers.

Life changing. It’s been 8 months since starting with Future. I was shipping all orders myself which was great but simply got to the point of taking up all my time. We have zero issues, orders are sent on time, the team are amazing to work with, literally so helpful. And, I now have time to work on growing my business which has been life changing for us as a brand. Could not be happier with my ongoing partnership with Future. As a business owner, most definitely recommend them!

STAY AWAY!!!!!I had a terrible experience with Future Fulfillment. I worked with HOLD which placed it’s trust in them to handle inventory and fulfill orders, but they were a complete disappointment. The customer service team was unresponsive and didn't seem to care about concerns. When I tried to get help with my order or my inventory, they were dismissive and unhelpful.It's clear that Future Fulfillment doesn't care about its customers or their stock. They only care about themselves and have no regard for the impact their lack of service can have on a business. As someone who entrusted them with my inventory, I am deeply disappointed by their lack of professionalism and care.I would strongly recommend that anyone looking for a fulfillment center to avoid Future fulfillment at all costs. There are plenty of other options out there that will provide better service and actually care about their customers and their stock. Don't waste your time or money with a company that doesn't value you or your business. They are a shady company.
