Justin is one of the few people that knows his stuff and battle tests it himself before teaching it to his students.As someone who’s re commencing their journey after having come back from multiple surgeries I can safely say that the mat culture here is the best I’ve ever experienced. Justin has not only re instilled and helped me re build my confidence, but he’s helped me road map my path and skill set in jiu jitsu more precisely than any other coach I’ve had.Humble and awesome place to train overall. If you don’t train here then you’re missing out.

I dropped into 5 Rings Jiu Jitsu when I went to Ballarat. It was an awesome experience rolling with their team.I've seen Justin compete at various competitions in Melbourne before and it was a great experience to learn from him directly. He has a very strong and modern BJJ game. I highly recommend people check out 5 Rings.

I have been going to the 5 Rings Jiu Jitsu for a month now after moving from another dojo. I have been training everyday. very good club, good program structure for beginners and advanced.Our warmup is very specific and all of the techs are the continues of the last session so everything is connected.Very warm welcoming people and very easy going.
