Try their 14 day fee trial - I would be extremely surprised if you don’t decide to pay the small monthly fee thereafter. Ideal for both in-house and external consulting teams. Even works at home!

Been very happy with my experience with GroupMap. I am a professor and direct a public engagement center that runs interactive meetings. Covid forced us to shift to be online, and GroupMap became a critical tool to make the best of that situation. It has incredible versatility with so many different features and options and ways to make individual adjustments. They are also responsive to new ideas and adding to the software. We incorporate it into many of our processes, and in many cases, participants contact me afterwards because they want to use the software themselves. Easy to learn as a designer/facilitator, easy for participants to use, and has been particularly useful for my classes and working groups as it can be used asynchronously and synchronously seemlessly. I even use it individually to brainstorm and organize ideas quite often.
