Really a great experience. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Great branch location. Lenient when I realised I left the jerry can they provided at home and let me go get it and return it with no late fees. This was a great and effortless experience!

Tim and his crew had outstanding customer service, Tim filled in the gaps with knowledge and generosity , best to you☺️

The staff are verk knowledgeable.This blonde girl helped me and was actually amazed at her knowledge and good attitude.They do have a, good range of equipment and good advice.

A+ service, and flexible when we were able to get the trailer back earlier than was booked. They made sure the vehicle and trailer were properly rated for the job. And got us out of a mess when the hire guys forgot to write down our booking! Keep up the good work.

Kennards are always fair priced for scaffolding imo and the service has never annoyed me yet so they are doing something right.

Went to hire a trailer. On the way there, there was a Kennards trailer attached to the vehicle in front of us and the indicators were not working. Paid the money upon arrival and an older guy attached our trailer and tested the indicator lights and told us that they weren’t working. We inquired about the legalities and he was very cagey about answering. It seemed like he didn’t want to lose the sale regardless of it being illegal. We also asked him if this was the same trailer that was just returned as we’d seen it on the road moments before and that the indicators weren’t working. Asked for a refund, which was fine but he was rude. Poor customer service, won’t be back to this particular Kennards as I’ve always had a great experience at the Joondalup store.

Osaka, awesome customer service. Put the machine in my car for me and on return. Gave me extra materials in case I needed them and told me to bring them back. If I didn’t use them when I ask the question that they were unsure of. They rang another company and put me on the phone to someone who could answer me. I was really happy with the service.
