My partner didn’t have a great result with her investment using these guys. The buyers agent Dominick Cotton she was working with doesn’t seem to be working for them anymore. He was so pushy and convinced my partner to buy a property in Armidale for almost $600,000 which was so expensive for that area but she trusted him. He said it was a great deal and was off market, so she could get a good deal. We had the property revalued recently and the valuation came at $540,000 even though the market has gone up another 10% since she purchased, so it should’ve been at least $650,000. She’s now stuck with this dud property and can’t buy anymore properties probably for years. Make sure you do your own research before just trusting these guys.

Lloyd and his team were fantastic every step of the way. Within a few days of sending through my pre-approval for finance Lloyd's team identified, inspected and done due diligence on two potential properties. A few more days later, Lloyd negotiated the purchase of one of the two properties for me. This was an off market property, in another state, inspected by Lloyd's team, and with the vendors to fix various things on the property as a term of the contract.
