I ordered a pair of earrings on Wednesday for a party on Saturday. I paid for express shipping and it didn't come in time even though it said it would arrive after one day on their website. It didn't arrive until the Monday. Very disappointed.

I am so happy with my jewelry from Esq! By far the best quality jewelry I’ve purchased. I accidentally broke my initial necklace by pulling at it too hard when it got caught on clothing instead of removing it carefully. It had nothing to do with the quality of the product and was completely my fault. However I contacted Esq and was connected to Olivia who let me know they could repair it free of charge if o mailed it to them. Olivia was so friendly and informative and kept me updated on the status of my repair. She also gave me a discount coded for the site when my repair was delayed due to NSW lockdowns. I’m very impressed with both the quality of the product as well as the customer service. I wore my necklace without removing it for months before anything happened to it and the damage was completely my fault. I would highly recommend all of Esq’s jewelry to everyone!
