Huge store with everything you could think of, even camping gear. Batteries (lithium, AGM, flooded), electronics, nav gear, anchors, fridges, flares, radios, optics, line, buoys, and even heaps of normal consumer stuff. Very low prices, very nice surprise. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff.Definitely worth checking out.

Bought a HEMA nav system from the RTM Cairns store. Had nothing but trouble with it including wrong directions and two hour ETAs to travel 20klms! Took it in to the Darwin RTM to ask for help.The first person actually grimaced and admitted straight up he didn’t know much about them.Your second “representative” having heard half the conversation I had with the first “assistant” stated “just send it back to HEMA mate” over his shoulder as he walked past.The lady behind the counter finally identified the sales catastrophe that was unfolding in front of her and stepped in and asked if she could help. I explained my situation again only to be told I would have to return it to the supplier.“ I bought it from RTM in Cairns was my reply”Clearly I had reverted to speaking fluent Afghan at this point as all I was getting now were blank stares!I then clarified with the lady that no one in the store could provide after sale assistance to a customer having issues with a product that they sell.Yes I understand I had bought the unit from Cairns however the exact same product was on the shelf in this store therefore I assume you have access to HEMA rep or some vague understanding of how the product you are selling works.I have better service from an ashtray on a motorcycle.

Great staff always have time for each person who visit and very knowledgeable in all areas. Highly recommended place to go.
