My near new (3 months old) car was taken in to Brighton Panel Works, with damage to the rear of my Kia Sportage GT Diesel. Once the parts were available from Kia. BPW completed the full repairs to my car and I wanted a few extras done to my car, Light Bar and Customised paint job at my extra cost. The colour match was amazing and you could not tell that there was painting done on the car. Everything was Absolutely Perfect. The entire staff were amazing and handled everything with Top Professional Courtesy, that everyone deserves, especially after the second most expensive purchase everyone has, had been damaged and the Distress that everyone goes through.Brighton Panel Works takes the entire Distress away.I Highly Recommend Brighton Panel Works in every aspect, they were All Totally Amazing.Yours TruelyGeorge David

I got my car repaired at Brighton panel works. It was recommended by the insurance company. The repair process was exceptionally fast as well as the process to arrange the hire car. It only took two weeks and my car looks even better. They looked after me really well.

I had my car repaired here post a rear end collision. The car was returned in a better condition that it was at the time of handing over for repairs (they even put cling wraps on the steering wheel and shifter knob) . Coming to the repair itself- excellent job!! Also, I called up BPW a day after collecting the car as I felt the reverse camera had a slight alignment issue. Dane answered the call and asked me to bring the car back and that he would ensure that it is done immediately. Visited them today and the issue was rectified and wait time was like 10 seconds. Keep up the good work!Area of improvement: I was given at least 3 different ETCs (Expected Time of Completion) for the repairs. Each time I was told that I will get the car back the week next. I feel this could have been avoided after all I was already given a nice loan car by them, even if they had told me upfront that it would take, say a month, I would not have really cared.

Brighton Panel Works always provide excellent workmanship and for a fair and reasonable price. I have had numerous repairs done there over many years to a number of different prestige vehicles and they have always been honest and reliable and deliver on time. Highly recommended
