Awesome trip into goldrush era Australiana. You can feel any minute a bushranger will turn up and tell tales of institutional injustice, heavy handed British troops, Rum corruption and such. The high ceilings, verandah, cast iron fireplace and plush button Chesterfield lounges are of a bygone nostalgic touch.The food pictured should put paid to the most hungry traveller's appetite, no question about this!The Fox/Jack Russell dog mascot will look after your leftovers or unwanted guests, whichever comes first.The old growth tall trees give a nice shady aspect to the popular outdoor area out front for those into Al fresco dining and drinking, which is just about everyone here!The staff will happily attend to all your needs, including telling the history of the Beehive Hotel name.Stop, revive, eat and drink... It's a must do, and 1 minute off the Hume.

Great food and lots of character

A cute little pub, service great, friendly staff, meals we saw being served looked great.Shower/toilet available and free camping beside pub.. loved it

Tess and Glenn went above and beyond to make sure my birthday party was stress free for me and everyone had a fantastic night. Menus catered for all dietary requirements, the atmosphere is always so welcoming and the food was delicious. The free camping as well as the children and pet friendly environment meant I could celebrate with my whole family. Thankyou for making the milestone a memorable one.

Super sweet place, really rustic, hearty Aussie joint. We arrived just as the kitchen was closing and they kept it open just for us! Really really lovely staff, perfect stop on a long drive! Absolutely recommend :)

Great, friendly pub. The food was delicious and not expensive. Roast chicken & veges special for $12 and a chicken schnitty burger & chips for $16. Really cool rustic decor. Just off the Hume Hwy - great spot for lunch and a stretch. Definitely would visit again.

Great stop over ,free camping ,meals are awsome Thursday night is Snitzel Night 5 toppings to choose for $15 and Sunday lunch 11am to 3pm they put on special, we had $15 roast yummy, Glen and Tess are very friendly host ,we will stop again.

Awesome meals great hospitality and just a good old fashion country hive at the beehive.The owner Vikki and the pub dog Rollie were so welcoming and friendly, definitely be seeing you again.
