These guys did an amazing job cleaning my ute. The service is friendly and the location very handy. You can do your shopping or grab something to eat while waiting. We received a text message to notify us that they were done before the promised time. Job well done.

Dropped my car off for full detail inside and basic wash outside. Paid $329 and couldn't be happier with results. I seen other posts about rubbish left in cars after clean, I didn't have that problem because common courtesy is to remove all rubbish yourself.b4 u drop it off. Manager was very polite and patient. Thank U guys. Great job.

Best place to get car washed in mackay. Had a scratch that needed fixing went to body shops and was quoted $1100 for the fix, while star was able to cut and polish it out for me for $60 look brand new amazing jobs guys really appreciate it.

While a decent job was completed on the exterior clean, the interior clean was terrible. The floor mats were cleaned but no vaccuuming had been done. I had to do this myself when I got home. Not only this, they have broken my handbrake button. No acknowledgement was given. I am furious and feel like they took advantage of me being a young female knowing they could get away with this.1 star for exterior clean0 stars for doing their job honestly.

Don’t recommendFirst , I booked car wash at 12 and their website mentions 90 mins max , I got my car 2:30 pmSecond : car contains obvious gross dust which can be wiped easily but owner didn’t attempt to remove the dust and Said that the car needs deep cleaningLastly: which is the most important ; the “attitude “Owner didn’t apologise for the delay or attempted to wipe the dirt !!!
