Steve was very professional, quick and personable - customer service was off the charts.Our insurance was running out at midnight, I rang at 3pm on a Friday afternoon, when our insurance with another firm had tripled price. He got me a quote and cover within 90 minutes at half the price of the quote we received. He stayed in touch the whole time and was able to get us cover so we did not have to cancel games. Could not recommend more highly.

Steve from SRG patiently and professionally dealt with my insurance needs. I first approached Steve prior to COVID in 2020. Once COVID hit, I had to postpone my business related event. Steve at SRG Group in QLD was able to provide Mooloolaba Paddlers Inc the insurance to run our paddling event at Noosa much more affordable than any other companies we approached. He was very professional, responded quickly to my emails, and adjusted our price to fit once we finalized the event and numbers competing. SRG has now made it possible for Mooloolaba Paddlers to run paddling events cost effective, enabling more competitors to join in and keeping the entry cost down.
