Amazing customer service and the 10in pretzels are amazing. We ordered like 14. Although they forgot a few and we had to ask about them, and at the time it wasn't like they where busy. Apart from us their was one other family. But the views are amazing and the food even better. Good place to eat if your in the area or just came from Maleny Dairy's as it's just down the road

We got a pork knuckle which has to be pre ordered, but there happened to be one spare. Maybe slightly overcooked but still really nice. The lager on tap was great too.You don’t go to a German restaurant for the best flavours, you go there for the atmosphere, fresh beer, and hearty meals. This is exactly what we got. To top it off getting a seat on the balcony with a killer view made it all come together.

The first thing you’ll notice when you entry the place is the ambiance - it is warm, welcoming & so European. It took me back to my trip to Germany during a winter vacation. The staff are very friendly & so sweet. Let me tell you more about the food - simply delicious & authentic. I never had so authentic German food in Australia. The beer, OMG! It was fab! Last but not the least - THE VIEW! Definitely go for the balcony table and you won’t be disappointed. The pics below is the view from where we were sitting. I’m definitely going back again soon, even though it’s about 100 kms from my place. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Ambience was great and service was also wonderful, very friendly staff, thank you particularly to Smiley, she was such a bubbly breath of fresh air. View is lovely. It's the first time back here after 6+ years, unfortunately the portions have shrunk massively. My mum was happy with her pork medallion but with my goulash the beef was quite dry and not falling apart, tender like I would have expected plus the portion was very small for the price of $38. Overall if you want a view, traditional German ambience and great service I recommend. If you are after a big meal or fine dining though I recommend elsewhere.

The place is very cuteThe staff are very friendlyThe atmosphere is very nice and the view from the balcony to the Mountains it’s stunningThe lady that was serving us forgot to bring the entree. She apologise and gave us a small beer for free as apology.If you wanna the roast pork you must to request/ pre order when you book the table. We didn’t know as they have no infos on their website. We were very lucky to have one spare one that Sunday so they could serve us.The food was good a little bit salty for my taste but good. I would go back to the atmosphere in general maybe order a different dish next time.Good beer if your a fan as me!

Inconsistent table booking. Can't even see the view. Too many overgrown trees.So paying an expensive table for zero views.It's a rip offThe staff is just like cafe staff not a professional German intellectual performance.

The food was ok, but we felt it was very expensive for what it was. Waitresses who attended our table were friendly. I had an Elderflower Cocktail which was nice. We won't be rushing back to this one though.

Popped in for a pint whilst in the area and also tried one of their pretzels. It came with blue cheese sauce which was beautiful. Their steins and selection of ales and beers is extensive and the lager we chose was great. The staff were super friendly and chatty and even recommended us some games to play whilst having our pint. We got pretty hooked on the Japanese game with the ball. Overall we’d certainly return.

We - a couple on holiday from interstate - booked way in advance for a weekend lunch, requesting a deck table with the spectacular view. Sadly we arrived to find that all the tables with the best view, were for 4 or more diners, so we had no view of the Glasshouse Mountains. The food was good but not great & overpriced. The service was chaotic - though the staff were friendly, they were clearly run off their feet.
