Resmed advertise that you can trial their CPAP machines for only $35 per week. Don’t believe them! I returned my CPAP machine after having had it for only 10 days, but was billed $105 - which works out at $70 per week! Despite repeated requests to have the 3rd week payment of $35 refunded since I was no longer in possession of the machine for ANY part of that week, they have held onto it and ignored me. They are not be trusted - do not go near them.IN RESPONSE to RESMED's REPLY BELOW: How is it fair that I was billed for the whole first week on the Wednesday I called to order the machine, even though you didn't deliver it to me till the following Monday, THEN I only had possession of the machine for ONE WEEK and THREE DAYS before I returned it personally to your office, yet I was billed for THREE FULL WEEKS? I don't care what your terms are (which were never explained when I ordered the machine anyway), to me that qualifies as a scam.

Bought an air mini and was given a digital voucher for 50 dollars.could not use it at resmed liverpool who said they will get back to me.nothing heard.rang rsmed keeps transferring me to different people who keep passing the buck.

SnoreRX: The absolute worst company and product I have ever dealt with. I have now bought three of the mouthpieces as the bottom cup keeps falling off. First time the ratchet moulding broke. Second time the whole thing fell apart. Warranty was not honoured on either purchase. There is NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. An absolute sham of a product.

This company is horrible. Their cpap machine is defective and I cannot get any help. The vendors, doctors, respiratory therapists will not help me. The insurance company refuses to give me a new machine. When I called resmed to tell them i have a defective machine they told to me to talk to the vendor and the doctor, then hung up on me.

Having recently purchased a Resmed Autosense 10 Autoset for Her I have found the machine to provide for all my needs as promised and clearly outperforms my older resmed S7 device. The after sales service from Mel in Product Support has been exemplary. Courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, peofessional, and willing to go above and beyond to answer all my queeries and to satisfy my needs. Cannot thank her enough for her assistance in getting my machine set up and registered. Several phone calls to various team members has left me impressed by every person I have had the pleasure in dealing with. Both Resmeds product and customer service delivery has far exceeded my expectations. A fantastic experience all round. Thanks heaps.

I find Kathy who I have been dealing with at Richmond the most beautiful and helpful person I have ever met I had to go to see her at Bella Vista today and as usual she was there to help me and rescue me I have been seeing her now for about 5 years and I would like to say to all management staff what a great employee you have she is worth her weight in gold

The procedure to get in contact with a shopfront is ridiculous. You can't call a store directly you have to call the care line who then have to put you through to the store to do anything anyway. Just adding an unnecessary middle man. Such a painful experience. Let alone the fact the care line don't understand what you are asking of them when you have an issue. I spoke to five different people before I was finally put through to a store.

Absolutely garbage company. The customer care and accounts are a joke. Don’t ever use them, buy the machines from 3rd party. These people will waste your time, rip you off and refuse to help you every chance they get.

Not explained properly how to use this machine.Talked nicely , promise lots of things before selling the machine & forget after. Machine & accessories inclusion package needs to be reviewed based on customers expectation. I bought full package but no dr appointment yet.

I am very disillusioned with RESMED and if I had the money to buy another CPAP machine right now it would not be a RESMED machine.I took my seven-year-old machine into RESMED for a service.I was told they don’t usually service machines, which is a bit disappointing given that we should be trying to live as sustainability as possible. They don’t do trade ins either (but they will take away my old machine for nothing)They did have a look at the machine to provide a quote and I decided that it was probably better to buy a new machine at that time.The staff suggested the machine to which I should update but got confused when quoting for an auto set or CPAP (Product knowledge is a learning need here.) I did not for one minute assume that, once we had the machine correct, I would lose functionality as a result.The new machine does NOT send data to the MyAir app enabling me to track AHI over time. My previous machine did. So my options to track my AHI (which I do, to try to identify the reasons for any variability) are to 1) buy the software which doesn't talk to Apple nor operational in anything above windows 8; 2) Take my SD card to the nearest (20 km) RESMED facility and have them print/email reports from there 3) jot down the readings from the screen of my machine each morning and manually keep the record. I am in complete disbelief at this customer experienceI’m so disappointed in ResMed in their equipment, their staff, and the head office who have NOT acknowledged my complaint email about this loss of customer service.The RESMED machine is purported to be the best on the market but I feel that RESMED is now resting on its laurels, ignoring the customers and their needs and not one of them gives a tinkers cuss.
