Inclusive comprehensive caring healthcare.. sure they charge over and above Medicare for most patients.. but exellent healthcare is worth paying for if you can afford it.. and if you truly can't.. then rebate only avail.

Atrocious service! Always left wait for a minimum of an hour after my scheduled appointment. Have seen people with appointments AFTER mine get seen first (bare in mind this is NOT a triage clinic). Never so much as an apology for keeping me waiting. Have to set my entire afternoon aside for a 15 minute appointment. Never coming here again.

Called to make an appointment and the reception advise the doctor I requested no longer is taking new patients even though I mention I was referred to her. Is it the front staff that determine which patients come through .I have a doctor located on the other side of Geelong but was hoping to find a new doctor that could help with my re occurring visits and diabetes care . Staff should be trained in customer service most who call found it hard to do in the first place. Won’t bother now

My son (12 years old) was sent by Geelong Grammar School on 15/11/18. He had an accident during Technology Class. I picked him up from CVMP around 3 pm and waited for the referral letter from the doctor to take to the surgeon in hospital. When the staff gave us the letter, no one has told us that we need to settle the bill of $100. Today (20/12), I received a phone call from Rhonda and asked me to pay over the phone with my credit card. I refused and I asked her to email me the invoice because we are not currently in Melbourne. We left Melbourne on 05/12. We are back in Queensland. I offered to bank transfer the funds. She told me if I don’t settle the bill over the phone the doctor will not see my son anymore when he needed. And she continued with other insult about grammar student will not received any bulk billed. First of all what’s adifferent about being grammar student compared to any other children in Australia? Why is it necessary to be treated differently?

Worst service. Doctor starts at 9am and my appointment is at 10:40 yet I had to sit and wait 1 hour cause his behind. Ridiculous how can a Dr be that behind so early in the morning. And this medical clinic doesnt take walk ins. Only by appointment which makes it worse. The reception ladies are useless. I do not recommend this place. These doctors get paid enough money to be on time. How can they be so damn unreliable. People have enough stuff to do than sit and wait all day for an appointment that was scheduled at a time.
