Friendly Grocer Buderim

Since the new ownership the service is horrendous. I can’t count on both hands how many times my orders are wrong, or coffee’s are wrong. With no apologies or explanation how it keeps happening. I go back because it’s conveniently walking distance to my house. But the care of orders and Customer service is appalling and I won’t be back!Very disappointing.

Great burgers and the best chips you’ll find. Such a great local grocery store that keeps getting better. Thank you!

Fish and chips are rubbish. Over cooked, over salted, skin on fish - crumbed instead of the ordered battered and I doubt it was the right fish and no lemon which was asked for, too far away to take it back, but won't be going there again to buy anything.

The best chips in Budo! My family is there more than once a week for a good feed, well priced and generous servings.

Worst service I have ever received, the lady had her arms crossed the whole time with a sour look on her face and didn't say a word to me at the register just handed me my change completely silent. Weirdest interaction I've ever had in my life

the service from this place is pathetic from the three young girls that seem to run this shop, most rude girls i have ever come across in my lifetime . And the takeaway was saboutaged by them and was half raw. I will never shop here again as a local i am . I have complained to head office and will see what response i get back.

Can't rely on this store like I use to. Has nothing in stock. Never same people there. No atmosphere at all.

I have never been so disgusted by the rude way I was treated on the phone on Sat 14/8/21 to order sandwiches for 4 adults. Asked for 2 rounds of ham and salad on multigrain (repeated twice to the young girl who answered the phone), then asked if they had chicken but couldn't get a yes or no. Asked what sandwiches they had. Ham, cheese and tomato or ham and salad or chicken and salad. Started to say 2 rounds of chicken and salad when a VERY RUDE older lady in the background got up the young girl by saying they should know what they want to order when they phone as they were too busy. Told by young girl too busy at the moment. Cancelled my order. Your loss now and in the future. Live up the hill so will be spreading thd word! You just lost a long term customer!!!!!
