I couldn't rate Spectrum Estate Agents highly enough! Both Jess and Chris were fantastic to work with. We moved to Spectrum after being dissatisfied with a previous property manager, and were very glad to have made the switch. Spectrum were very communicative and dealt with tenant issues very quickly. They were highly cooperative and helpful during the process of selling our investment property too. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone wanting good property managers.

The most complete property manager I've ever had the privilege of working with. When I changed to Spectrum Estate Agents, this was the first time I felt my property was being managed properly. Chris and his team are first class. What was previously a nightmare of an experience, Chris took on the management of my property with enthusiasm and maintained a high standard of management putting my mind at ease. Chris was always available if I had a question or query. Chris also carried out the sale of my property. Chris provided expert guidance on how to improve the property to maximise the potential at sale, and I had 100% faith in him. Chris is amazing!! He's by far the best realestate agent I have ever had ! He's responsive, very professional and is genuinely kind.He up sold us into a 12 month lease when we only wanted 6 months (great for the land lord)AndWhen somthing went wrong with the apartment (hot water system) he got it sorted ASAPI would definitely recommend him and spectrum to my friends, family and clients.

Just wanted to shout out Jess from Spectrum Estate Agents! I've found my new rental and from the moment I walked through the doors Jess was inviting, warm and telling me about the best features of the property.. Most real estate agents stand at the door with a sour face - but I felt really comfortable walking through and had all my questions answered!
