Mr. Aquino is expert in the field. His staff however are arrogant. They come in late and have no professionalism in dealing with their clients. This business will still thrive no question about that. But a change in process and his admin assistants will be a breath of fresh air. If you are thinking of getting Mr Aquino's service, be prepared to deal witht the baggage that comes with it. Or you can find one that doesn't have those nasties.

A waste of time.YOUR OPENING HOURS DONT MEAN A THING IF YOUR AGENTS COME WHATEVER TIME THEY WANT... Left after 3hours of waiting and the agent wasnt even there yet.If you plan to go here set aside A WHOLE DAY OR EVEN 2 DAYS.First come first serve basis no bookings.Quite unprofessional..

Had a phone call about three months ago from Aquino & associates due to me being behind tax and if they could help said email all my paper work over due to the C-19 I couldn’t going in & they work sort it all out for me so sent all my paperwork over wait 2 weeks no call back so tried to call them first time no answer tried again later on no answer not until about three days later some answered & got told will get a call back waited a day or two no call so called again same time no one answering then getting through the same thing will get a call back same on & on so just when somewhere else would highly recommend stay away Very poor customer service

If you have extra day of the week to waste, this is the place you can rely on. Their closing time is actually their starting time to work. They open their door at 9pm and let the costumers waste their time till 4pm then starts the service when the closing time is approaching. What a joke.

What it says on google opening time 9am. But they open 2pm. What a joke. 6 hours waiting….

Cesar & his associate Andrew provide excellent & sound professional advice on what to do to maximise your returns whilst of course being a good legal tax payer.They operate on a queuing system so go in early to get your place and you can return later at a convenient time.

Do not go here I repeat don’t go here unless u want to waste your whole day very hot very poor service if u want to make customers wait 2 hours you might as well open up a medical centre disgraceful if I could give them half a star I would

You need to be a Filo or married to one really, and you need to commit to hours of waiting, but the work is top notch and the tax knowledge is sky high, and the lodgement is almost instant.
