One Hour Hem Stop Shop

Hubby had a Harley leather motorbike jacket whose zip was sticking pretty badly. The One Hour Hem Stop shop did a brilliant job replacing the zip with a new one. Not an easy job. Very happy with the result. Thank you!!

Over priced and service isn’t professional, hems look bad with so call original cut.Extra charge for the one hrs services as well.It would have been better in the pass.

Not one hour hem.If I wanted same day alterations I was going to have to pay $280!!!!My advice don't go here...

Zero stars! Service and quality have deteriorated beyond measure. Used to get many alterations done here and was happy to pay a bit more, but in May 2020 was charged over $100 to have pants hemmed and pockets removed. The pants were actually hemmed in a different colour thread altogether and the hem came unraveled on the first wear - see photo. Work around the pockets was awful, fabric pulled too tight when re-stitched so that the pants now pull (the whole reason you get the pockets removed is to achieve a smooth line).

Previously gave a bad review due the terrible job done on hemming my jeans and poor customer service. Went back and spoke to the manager. She personally attended to my jeans, fixed up the hems free of charge and in under an hour and was friendly and understanding. Impressed by how they handled a complaint. Based to this I would give them a second chance.

Over priced. I have given lots of work for them and the manager tried to charge me more for similar work that I gave them a week earlier telling me that they somehow has given me a discounted price in the past..I managed to the work done somewhere else for a lot cheaper price with very good workmanship…Will no longer use their service

It was a quick job hemming some pants and it was done well. Hard to find the shop in the arcade, and Google Maps was showing it across the street. I called and asked for directions and was helped. Friendly service!

I came to this tailor shop because my shirt was unbuttoned in 3 places, and I was charged around $8 for each of those 3 buttons. Not to mention the fact that it was more expensive compares to other shops, but the staff was so careless that I had to go there twice. The first time I went to pick it up in the afternoon, she only put 1 button on it instead of 3. The second time I found out that although she fixed all 3 buttons, she didn’t punch the hole where the button was, and then I had to pay $20 for 1 extra hole. What kind of logic is that?

Friendly service. They were happy to re-do the alterations until I was happy and I am very pleased with the final result.

I previously used this business for same day and next day clothing alterations but the business has deteriorated in terms of customer service and the quality of their alterations. I think the business may have been sold or had a change in management because the staff have changed, the service has deteriorated, their alterations are of unusual poor quality and their prices have dramatically increased. I had a pair of jeans altered (leg length) and had a jacket’s arm length altered. Almost $160 later I had to return to the store after trying to wear the jacket only to find that the internal stitching hadn’t been completed. I received no response to my complaint via Facebook or via their advertised email address. The stitching was rectified the next day but this business is not the same as it once was, in every aspect. Take your clothing elsewhere to be altered for a better overall customer experience.
