Our company used this service for Test and Tag purposes and after using a couple of different companies for the same purpose we were extremely happy with their service in comparison. Their technician Jia was prompt, knowledgeable and efficient. The cost was very also very good and the thing that impressed me most was their final report on everything that was tested. Full details on every area that was tested and the test result. I have absolutely no hesitation to recommend ATS to everyone. Thanks Guys.

Highly recommend Appliance Tagging Services. They tested at my workplace - a Not-for-Profit Neighbourhood House in Richmond and the service was excellent. They even fixed/replaced (on the spot) the power chords on our vacuum cleaner and the power chords on a couple of our sewing machine peddles which saved us a trip to get them repaired ourselves elsewhere. I really like that they give us a detailed 'asset register'. Reasonably priced and excellent service.

I am the franchise owner of two Pandora stores in the northern suburbs of Melbourne and have been using ATS for a few years now for all our test tagging, EEL and fire equipment check, including our storage warehouse.Pre using ATS we used a variety of contractors and struggled to receive the sort of service we currently receive from ATS and in particular Daniel Carabott who is our allocated contractor, Dan is very dedicated, punctual and courteous, not to mention tidy and extremely concise of the fact that he needs to work around staff and customers, ensuring that he doesn't disrupt trade which can be difficulty given the tests he needs to carry out.I don't usually write reviews, but feel that Dan needs a mention as staff have always provided a glowing report on his in store behavior and I've always felt that dealing with him at an Admin level is seamless. Thanks for all you efforts Dan..
