I have made a couple of purchases from Active online. I'm very impressed with the timely communication and both the depth and accuracy of the before sales advice offered. I found the online web store is easy to use. Each time my items left the warehouse the same day and arrived quickly. The PoE over Coax adaptors have been installed for weeks and haven't missed a beat. A great solution for extending the life of legacy coax cable systems. I will shop again.

Steve was and continues to be an absolute delight to deal with. The assistance and guidance provided throughout the entire transaction process from product selection to set up was nothing short of outstanding. I am never one to leave reviews, however, Steve is one of those very rare individuals who is genuinely honest, very knowledgeable, reliable and never too busy to offer help. Unfortunately, over many years we have had a couple of neighbours from hell, that involved Police, Lawyers, Court Cases, trespass, vandalism, false allegations, stalking, harassment, threats, violence, slander, etc; all exceptionally captured 24/7 our on system as evidence. We also had one random unrelated person with mental health issues drive into our property causing over $25k to one of our vehicles. As we captured the licence plate at night (with no street lights) the police were amazed at the quality of the footage that allowed them to track down the offender and our Insurance company did all the rest as a no excess claim, i.e. no plate ID, we would have been up for the excess and additional costs of car hire for 3 months. Over the years Steve has been amazing at recommending the right products and advice to ensure that our state of the art CCTV system is kept running at peak performance. It has saved us more times than I even recall, and constantly acts as an invisible/visible deterrent to keep our young family safe. Unfortunately we needed such a system, but I will never have a home in the future without this technology, supplied by Steve, to keep my family and property protected and safe.

Steve responded to my email immediately and provided advice to confirm that the fault was with the equipment and not my network. I ordered a product from Active Online. Within half an hour steve contacted me about the product and without needing to spent his time explaining the product to me and even in circumstances where it turned out the product i had ordered initially was not appropriate and therefore needed to be refunded, steve spent time providing advice to me about my home internet situation.i would highly recommend this company.

Amazing!!! I received the alarm by courier the day after I made the order. Spent a bit of time reading the user manual and understanding the system. All good. Bought a new SIM card for the system but couldn’t get it into the unit. Rang for help and spoke to Steve straight away. A real person - not a computer. Steve listened to my problem and has undertaken to sort it out. FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.Spoke with Steve a couple of times and he contacted the manufacturer about the SIM card not fitting. We made a few more enquires and found that a nano SIM is required not the micro I was trying to use. It all works now and I am still amazed by the fantastic service I received. I still have to install the alarm on the farm so stand-by for a further update …
