I spoke to Dave about an issue I was having with a Mac that refused to turn on. He led me clearly and calmly through the possibilities and was very open and honest. I ended up taking his advice of using another service. Such amazing customer service and a genuinely nice and informative guy to keep helping me with a job he had to turn down.
