Top real estate agent run by the best management as we were looked after immediately when they started to identify problems such as leaks, damaged electricware or others and immediately send someone to fix them! Be careful, agreed terms and deposit paid and then tried to increase rent by about $5k in both rent and outgoings. Had to engage fair trading to get my deposit back

Abusive and mean. Not to mention never responded to very urgent repairs where the only shower was leaking a large amount of water and unusable. They never responded to us. They promised air conditioning and they never put it in or tried to.Then the cherry on top they tried to take our bond for damages that were there before we moved in. Lucky we had photos as the real estate abused me and called me names when I mentioned it was there before we moved in. Then when I sent the photos through proving it after the final inspection he never apologised or approved us getting the bond. We had to apply through the government to get it back. (We did in Full)Very unprofessional and not worth the time. For sure they will try and take your bond so make sure you have photos of the place before hand. If you read this do not use them.

My partner and I stayed at one of their places in Alexandria for 11 months. During the inspection the place was stupidly hot but before we signed the lease and during the inspection the agent assured us the owner was going to put in air conditioning. They never did. We emailed them douzins of times asking for aircon they promised but they never installed it. Eventually we had to ask to put blinds in to neglect some of the heat but even then they where rude about our attempt to put them up.During our lease we had an urgent repair where the shower washer broke and the water continuously ran. We contacted them several times asking for them to send a plumber. Eventually we called the emergency plumber who said he gets phone calls about how unresponsive they are all the time. He said he will call them and organise it. Then they sent a different plumber a week later.When I did the final inspection with the agency the man pointed at every little dint in the wall or mark on the carpet (all of which where they when I moved in). Luckily I took photos of everything because he kept talking about taking money from the bond to fix it. Eventually I said please get back to me as soon as possible in reference to these claims as I will be going to tribunal to fight for my bond if need be. The real estate agent then questioned me about cleaning the carpet and following me around the apartment hurling abuse at me calling me a lier.Would definitely not recommend this agency it was a struggle to get anything done and the agents treated me like I was worthless. It is by far the worst experience of renting I have ever had.Summary: agent abused me calling me a lier at the final inspection, promised aircon but did not install, nightmare to contact about urgent repairs and tried to take out bond over something we did not do.

I had Sutono as my agent. Trustful and efficient service, with quick turn-around on requests. Would recommend!

Hi, currently I live in Kingsford and my unit is handled by Bless Real Estate. The agent provided clean and newly painted unit. I thought previous tenant was not tidy. When I inspected the unit, the carpet smell was terrible. But one day before my commencement there, it was cleaned and the smell eventually gone. They did a good carpet cleaning. I got the massive cockroaches problem in this unit but they quickly responded with two times free treatment within the first 2 weeks. The cockroaches gone after the second treatment. In addition, they also helped me with installing a water tap connection for laundry which was previously not available, again with no charge. They also helped me to connect with the utility and gas. So in general, Bless Real Estate fulfills my expectation and their response are prompt. Unlike other experience with this property agent, I should admit that Bless Real Estate is Ok.

I had only good experiences with Bless RE. Two different agents took care of the property I was renting and the issues we had were always solved by them, they were super easy to deal with and responsive. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend Bless real estate because I didn’t have any issues with the agent in 6-month rent. Also, I got full bond back within 7 days at the end of my contract.

DO NOT USE THIS REAL ESTATE AGENCY!!! WORST AGENCY WE HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!! We discovered one of the agents from this agency DOES NOT EVEN HAVE A LICENCE! Sometimes we couldn’t even contact the agent, especially when we needed fixing urgently!The agent said they would give us the first week rent-free when we signed the agreement but they did not keep their word, instead they said they never mentioned it, as it wasn’t written! Our contract was signed for ONE YEAR but when it was time to hand the house back after 52 weeks they said there was still one week and wanted to charge us for 53 WEEKS! They continuously harassed us to pay that extra week when our contract said one year.From the first day we received the house it already had dirty walls; the showers were mouldy; shower heads were rusty and broke off the first day we moved in; the yards were unkempt with very long grass and rubbish and pots everywhere. We had professional cleaners come and clean the entire house and the yards much better than the state in which we received the property and still they picked out all the little marks so they could take it from our bond.The entire time we lived there, there was always something wrong with the house- the electricity in the entire house cut off several days every week; the water heater broke and it took the agent several days to send someone out to fix it (we had to have freezing cold showers in Winter for a few days!); one of the toilets did not work at all and it was finally fixed the week before we moved out (they had one year to fix it); during the week with the big storms we lost power for a whole week and had to use torches and lanterns and the agency did not send anyone for A WEEK until the storms had already finished, the storms caused water to pool in our ceilings and even made large holes in the ceiling and we had waterfalls in our bedrooms!! And again, no one was sent to fix it for a week!!!
