The Plate Restaurant Bar & Brewery
We celebrated my father in-laws 80th birthday yesterday and the staff couldn't have been any more friendly or helpful with setting up. I need to especially thank Tarsha for her amazing service, she was friendly and so helpful and everyone was commenting on how amazing she was. Would definitely recommend for small gatherings. Also the food was amazing .

Located beside a really nice butcher.The menu is well designed and got the best rib in town. Steak menu is also superb with good quality selections.The starter wing is good.They brew their own beer and the beer taste selection is amazing too.Lastly, the service is superb. Waitress Bianca really puts a smile on you when you leave the restaurant.Will definitely return to try other stuff on the menu

Fantastic experience.the food was amazing from entre scollops..the fish for main and the eaton mess for dessert.. every mouthful was just beautiful and so well presented.the waitress AMY was so fantastic.. bubbly friendly and SO damn good at her job..I highly recommend this venue for a higher end dining experience.

Atmosphere was great. We were the first people in the restaurant as we had young children and wanted to eat early. The food took more than an hour to come despite the fact that there were only a few other people there thenMost meals were lovely but the aged rump steak was a big disappointment . For $63 my husband expected melt in your mouth great. It was tough and sinewy. When he mentioned this to wait staff the girl reacted with the words, 'Was it'. As it had already been more than an hour and a half by then and the children were tired, having finished their meals before we got ours, we had to take them home.It was a disappointing end to a potentially lovely night.

First time in Toowoomba and YOU have to go! It’s the nicest spot with amazing food. The Wagyu striploin is to die for. IT WAS MINT!! The service I received was so amazing and I will definitely be back again. They made me feel welcomed and gave me an amazing experience.

The first moment you step into the venue, you are made to feel very welcome. The table service is the best I've experienced in a VERY long time. The front end staff really do amplify the efforts of the staff in the kitchen who prepare and present amazing food which is the star at this venue. The cocktails and house beers are also just as high quality.On our visit there were a few trainee waitresses. The support and guidance these staff were being given on the night really showed the positive work culture among the staff. Our visit could not have been faulted.

Great food, excellent service, our first time there and our waitress was amazing very helpful and knowledgeable on the food and beverages to pair with our meal. Friendly and accessible plenty of parking and easy to find. Very aware of allergies and helpful too.

A very good experience to treated so friendly and see this treatment shared to all of the lucky people coming into to this restaurant which starts with a great and friendly welcoming atmosphere at the front entry into a very well organised dining atmosphere for the great meal and drinks you will receive.The choice of meals had a good variation of choice and were cooked and presented perfectly, table service top level and friendly staff were a big part of the restaurant experience.The Brewery beers onsite were very good and definitely worth trying on more than one occasionWe were lucky to seated in the VIP dining area but it was on definitely obvious that every guest was a VIPThanks you all.
