KURT was very helpful and checked out the back for the products I was after when the shelf was empty, He could have easily said they were sold out - with out even checking. But because of his effort I was able to get the items I was after. And MONIQUE at the door and check out, warm and friendly service with a smile. These two team members need a pat on the back

Very mixed experience of the customer service. Sometimes good, sometimesextremely poor. Today was a poor day. Disappointing.
