The drinks were good but please refrain from dining there. It was an absolute disappointment from a flavor perspective as well as the value for money. The service was kind but slow as well as wrong orders (got it discounted afterwards). For reference the pictures, I am sorry for not having the remaining pictures but these are the crumpets, fried bread as well as Moreton Bay Bugs.

Sergio was so welcoming and attentive talking about our upcoming 50th birthday plans. He took the time to show us around and really tuned into our needs. The venue is outstanding!! We will book here based on his outstanding service

We went to celebrate our anniversary.Had the feed me suggestion. This was perfect for us. The servings we perfect and well paced.The food was perfect.We had a gin each locally distilled very nice.Also a lovely chianti from Italy.The wait staff were great, with our main server making our evening absolutely perfect. Sorry i did not get your name but thank you.We are looking forward to trying the limited edition naval strength gin later.Thanks to the whole team for helping us celebrate our wedding anniversary.

The food was excellent. The party of ten all mentioned how the food was presented and how delicious it was. The night went well until we asked for another bottle of wine and told not yet. Once we finished the deserts at 930 pm it was very obvious that you wanted us out as no coffee was asked and the bill was present before we request it.

From the bar staff greeting out front, to Sergio and Marina in the restaurant, every person at Republic seemed so engaged and hospitable.The food was lovely (the peppers were more like chilli's so beware) and drinks well priced. We will be back! Even if it's just for a cocktail and those frittes...

To be honest, I'm not fond of gin. However, the Republic of Fremantle team has an impressive talent for creating delightful cocktails and matching them perfectly with the food.

AH-MAZ-ING!I don’t usually review but this restaurant is quite new and quieter than it deserves!The wait staff were so attentive and lovely, the place is super cool with the distillery in the background, and the food was incredible. Not to mention the cocktails.The house made crumpets with tomato salsa with roe were my favourite. Even the garden salad was amazing. Get the chefs selection, you won’t be disappointed.
