I was unsure of what product would work for me when I went into the store but Matt helped me find exactly what I needed but asking great questions! I visited autObarn today at 11.50 after I had just visited supercheap, what I found was supercheap didn’t want to know my New Car needs. I had just purchased this car and thought I would get a few things for my new car. The girl Nicole was unhelpful and was standing around and just told me go to aisle whatever and you will see it, I asked questions about the products I was going to buy but she had the DONT care attitude ( sorry supercheap I didn’t know more about my car). After dealing with Nicole and with frustration I asked for her name and left the store. I drove to autObarn where the service was opposite, I meet a lovely man who worked there by the name of Justin who went over and above to help me. Justin showed me where to pour the products, explained each product to me and reinforced the helpfulness that us customers can receive. Thank you autObarn for employing Justin and a BIG THANK YOU Justin from autObarn.
