I had few hand procedures in the past with few different doctors (private and public).Some went horribly wrong. that's why I decided to change last surgeon and I'm so glad I did that.I can say my hand problems are quite complex and Dr Jill has approached that in a perfect way.The whole process from consultation, surgery and post surgery was absolutely handed to perfection.All her team, nurses and administrative staff were excellent and exceptional.Can't thank you enough for all.Highly recommended.

I went in for a simple procedure and came out with horrific permanent pain, trauma and damage. She was rude, dismissive and continued to ignore the issue. Two highly respected senior Plastic Surgeons have claimed her operation was NEGLIGENTLY PERFORMED. Both reports state that the procedure was not carried out with the standard of care that should have been expected and that the disastrous results were due to LACK OF SKILL OR CARE.

Dr Jill Tomlinson was just amazing. She removed a lipoma from my left hand end of Sept 2020. The surgery went perfect. The healing was perfect. No scaring and no sign of ever having the lump in my left hand which was just growing to the point I could not form a fist. Her expertise and dedication is second to none. I have and will always recommend her and my family and friends can’t believe the transformation to normality with no scars. Thanks dr Jill. I visited this clinic several times over the past 4 weeks to have my daughters ear moulded. This service should cost approximately $700 and take approximately 4 weeks to complete. Today I am out of pocket $1,000 and my daughters ear is still not fixed.The ear moulding process involves a plastic ear cover (earwell) being taped to your child's head with the ear itself being taped into position. This should stay on your child's head for 2 weeks at a time before you need to have it replaced. A final result should be expected within approximately 4 weeks.Your initial consult and earwell should cost you approximately $450 with your second visit and replacement earwell costing $300.As expected, our first earwell lasted 2 weeks and we had it replaced at the follow up appointment. The replacement earwell however, lasted only 4 days before falling off. I called the clinic to make an appointment to have it replaced and I was surprised that I had to pay another $300 to replace it. My thoughts were that the earwell was perhaps faulty as it had only lasted 4 days whereas the first device lasted the full 2 weeks as it was supposed to. Nonetheless, I took responsibility for the device falling off and happily paid for the replacement.The next replacement lasted only 3 days before falling off. I was quite annoyed when this happened and proceeded to phone the clinic to make yet another appointment. When I enquired about the cost of replacement, I was told that I would need to pay yet another $300 to replace the device. I explained my situation to the nurse and requested that perhaps there was a fault with the earwell. I expected that I would not be charged for a subsequent earwell given the trouble I had experienced so far. Instead I was advised to purchase a different device (ear buddy) which I could apply myself at home at a cost of $130.When I asked to be compensated is some way for my trouble I was told that I would receive free training from a nurse at the clinic on how to apply the ear buddy. Wow! I'd never been so insulted in my life!!!I would have expected that the ear buddy device would be given to me free of charge to compensate for the faulty earwell devices, but instead I would have to fork out more money!I later googled this ear buddy device and found that the cost is only $75 to buy it online. It comes with instructions on how to apply it and if you need extra tuition you can YouTube a demonstration video.In summary, I was very disappointed with my experience at this clinic and would definitely not be recommending it to anybody in the future.

I had a pectus excavtum chest implant procedure done with dr jill Tomlinson and I am very very happy with the result she made me feel very comfortable and explained everything in detail . Her expertise has changed my life completley and I highly recommend her she is very good at what she does .

I was told by my GP that a lump on my face was suspicious and he referred me to Jill (via email on the spot). I received a very prompt call within 45 minutes from Jill’s rooms organising an appointment on the following day at 4:54pm. And yes; 4:54pm means 4:54pm! Jill is a very organised surgeon and in my experience incredibly prompt when an appointment is made. I found Jill to be extremely professional with a great bed side manner". My procedure was on chair and Jill talked me through the whole process before and during as well as cracking some jokes to help keep me calm! As a nervous patient I was made to feel very comfortable. Thankfully the lump was benign and I am very happy with the surgery (on my face) which was completed

My experience of the services provided by Jill and her colleagues was first class. The whole process was supportive, caring and efficient. Results were fantastic. Highly recommended.
