Called Kai at a moments notice to clean my 5 seater couch that had travelled over from the U.K.He was at my house the next day and has made a 3 year old couch that had been sitting in a container for 5 months look brand new! It’s like our bulldog never jumped on it!Well priced, trusting whilst I left the house and cleaned when he left.10/10, would recommend.

Kai provided exceptional advice and quality service to put our floors, including carpets, back to better than their original state, after a horror sewer pipe blockage resulted in effluent erupting from downstairs bathroom floor drains. Kai from Steam It Deep Cleaning came and cleaned our carpets before our house went on the market. He was great value and the carpets look amazing. Kai has a very thorough process which is more involved than other steam cleaners I have used - it included an industrial vacuum of the carpets, plastic protective coverings put on the base of all furniture we left in situ, rotary clean of the carpets and finally the steam clean. Highly recommend Steam It Deep Cleaning.

Kai was really quick to respond to my request to clean my carpets. I’ve used him for moving in and out of rental homes, I found him to be very thorough and found that he enjoys doing a good job!. Great service, would definitely recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish with this company. Kai couldn't have been any more genuine and helpful. We rented a grout and tile cleaning machine and it made the job 10 times easier. Kai demonstrated the machine and dropped off and collected after. Highly reccomend if you need your tiles cleaned either by them or yourself with one of their machines.
