Muso's Supply and Service

Yianni is a true professional and very friendly, giving honest service. I just had my bouzouki serviced which i bought from him over 10 years ago which I neglected during this period. He managed to get it back to as new with the action improved dramatically. Best of all, he was more than fair with the price, and I have no problem recommending his services to anyone.Sure a couple of reviewers have said the door is closed, but he obviously likes to keep the place secure whilst he is at the back, as there are some very expensive customer instruments that he services / deals with. It takes him literally seconds to open up. I don't think that is such a big deal.

A local business that deserves our patronage. I've been to the shop a few times and John advised me to the point every time, no exceptions. I though something was wrong with my guitar, but he explained and demonstrated how everything is ok. Didn't charge anything to look okay my guitar. Which is why he deserves our business. I can tell he has been in the industry for a long time and knows his stuff inside out. If he retires, I wish him all the best, but it would be our loss. We will have one less trust worthy person to go to. I've been to other music shops, which is run like any shop, by staffs. Nothing wrong with that, only the difference is when you are going to Muso's, you are going to John, and this is an important thing to remember.

Now I am a working musician, he still gives the best cutstomer experience since the first day I stepped in his store. 100% cannot recommend enough. John, is a good old fashioned gentleman! He is a gentle soul who believes in the personal touch. John, made me an offer I couldn’t refuse and was very generous with his time and his advice. I went to buy a guitar and John turned it into a package for me. I love that there are still people with old fashioned values. He’s a dying breed. John is an exceptional, accommodating, trustworthy man and a true professional!I brought my son's violin to John, thinking there's something wrong with it. Advised John my son wants to pass on his violin to his younger brother for his bday.He solved our concerns with the violin and offered his knowledge on the string instrument without any compensation (even though offered).I wish more music experts and shops are like you who don't think that everything is about making money.John is a perfect example of a human being who cares a lot about music and is very supportive towards a beginner and amateur musician and is always happy to help - just so accommodating and hospitable!You've made my son a joyful boy on his 11th birthday, for that we're very thankful!

I have been going to this store (previously in Chapel Road) and have always found John to be a very sincere and helpful person. He has always given me a good deal for strings, an acoustic guitar for my grandson, electric guitar fret replacement, guitar straps and foot pedals.
