I gave Zen a third try last night but was left disappointed again. I didn’t feel like the massage therapist knew muscle anatomy well. Not enough pressure, even when requested. Sorbolene is used instead of oil, which was put all through my hair! The whole body remedial massage doesn’t include the front of the body or feet. Won’t be coming back again.2 stars given as they stayed back 10 mins after closing for us and offered us water.

Incredible massage, and great value for money. The masseuse knew how to best work every muscle and really spent the time and care. Lovely & welcoming atmosphere; the staff were friendly and expressed so much gratitude, and the music was calming.Only thing I would prefer is if there were doors rather than curtains for that little bit of extra privacy from the outside world. Will definitely be going back; a chronic muscular pain I’d felt for weeks was healed with that one session.

Great massage and great services. I was talked with 3 staffs all them with lovely smile and friendly talk, the massager know where I need to be worked on and no push sales, they also wait for me finish the phone call and do more time for me.

I usually have a rejuvenating massage here, but today it was quite annoying as the lady that served me kept coughing every 10-15 seconds on my back, which was quite annoying (and of course cautious given it’s still covid around). Would recommend having them wear masks
