Susan Haircut Point Cook

Had an unpleasant experience. Susan the lady used to be very humble but today she seemed arrogant. The haircut was nice but they charged me $40 for a $20 haircut and told me at the end of the haircut rather than telling me in the beginning even though I booked the standard haircut for females through their website.I had just asked to level hair from rear and leave a bit long to tie ponytail but God knows what was so difficult in understanding this much that the guy barber spent 1 hour in haircut and I was wondering as to what was he doing when eventually in the end they told me that this a $1000 haircut that they did for $40 only... I didn't ask for it... I asked just for a simple haircut and God knows what they understood.I would recommend them but beware of conveying your message to them as their comprehension seems poor.More disappointed despite a good haircut.

I love this place. My hair colouring just had done, it’s beautiful. Susan and her staffs are amazing, good job. I reckon this one and come back for sure.

Value-for-Money Haircut for Men

Great place to bring kids from 9yrs and under Leo was great with my boys took his time with a lot of care making sure that my boys look great with their hairdos! Susan was fabulous dealing with my 4yr old who was screaming and crying as he didn’t want a cut but Susan knew exactly what to do to distract him she was gentle and patience and quick with a great results at the end . I highly recommend coming here !! If I could rate 100 stars I would !!!!

My son and I have had haircuts here before and our experience has been quite good until today. Firstly, had to wait over 30 mins from my booked time. Then I think to make up for the backlog, Leo started to go at it with my hair and was quite rough with the clippers. I had to actually tell him to take it easy. Usually, the hairdresser does use scissors to finally trim the hair. He did one side but did the other side with the trimmer (again probably due to the time).Frankly, last time I am ever getting my haircut from Leo.Editing my review as we have had a very good experience with Susan and Elise.
