I paid for the ultimate detail which is the most expensive service. Now I admit the car was a mess with hay all through it and did advise this was the case. I’m giving a low rating because I ended up having to clean all the parts that he missed or said he couldn’t clean. The headrest’s were never lifted up to clean under them the mirrors weren’t cleaned at all. The carpets still had dirt all along edges and in nooks and crannies. The windows on the inside were still dirty and the seats were still so dirty once they had dried it looked like not much effort was put into shampooing them at all. The next day I went to supercheap auto and had to buy products to finish the job properly. I was told buy the guy that was cleaning my car that he couldn’t clean the upholstery on the doors but after speaking to the guy at supercheap auto it was as simple as using a clean wipe which I did and managed to clean it up quite well.I have tried to contact the company three time to discuss with them my issues and show them the photos. No one has returned my calls. It certainly wasn’t worth the amount of money it cost.

I contacted 3 detailers Nick responded immediately. What a customer focussed company. Chris was brilliant in renewing my daughters car which I thought was impossible to do. He was courteous and responsive and gave me back basically a new car. I can't thank them enough for a outstanding job

Awesome! Just awesome! After a road-trip with the kids the interior of our Santa Fe had taken a hit! Spoke to Nick and arranged for an interior detail! Well, what can I say? The car's interior is amazing! Will definitely use these guys after our Aussie Day trip to Straddie!!
