Clyde River Retreat
Overpriced for the offering. Accept that it's off grid & remote. Some of the basics are overdue for repair - such as the fridges. The houses are not designed to be without air-con & are super hot in summer. Owner is nice but reluctant to listen to constructive feedback. I thought that the premium charged on top of the Xmas holidays premium was excessive ... particularly when people were sleeping on the floor. The options for large groups in the area are limited, however.

Clyde River Retreat
My wife and I have been here three times now and absolutely love the place. It's the best place to disconnect from daily life and be in beautiful and tranquil surrounds. There's also some incredible hikes nearby but some have limited access routes due to fire and flood, so plan ahead. As for the hospitality, Ross is a top bloke who makes sure to greet you and give you all the local tips. We will be staying again soon!

It was so peaceful and there was Bass so made the fishing trip.Eco retreat with composting loo and no smell so if your concerned don't be just tell the boys to pee on a treeRoss and Joanne are great hosts that are there if you need them but they let you relax and tell you the best sites to see.Love it there and will be returning.Great place for events as well or you can book all three cabins out for a large group.

Clyde River Retreat
Very quiet ideal for disconnect from the city, we love that we could bring our dog with us inside the cabin, it's plenty of wildlife and kangaroos. For better access through the Old princess Highway.Ross explained us about the region and we went to the Berry farm, for a delicious ice cream, jam and honey. It's rain water, so you need to bring your own drinking water.Our cabin had shampoos, conditioner, dishwasher liquid, coffee, Sal, pepper, oils, towels, blankets. It's not TV, and the internet is slow, it's not phone signal.You can access the river is beautiful and ideal for children or not skills swimmers.

Very great place, but sadly there is no TV, Mobile Data (internet is included but low bandwidth) Only 1 toilet Inside and 1 outside.

Clyde River Retreat
This was first time my husband took me 'glamping' and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Cabin was comfortable, location is great and Ross was very welcoming and friendly and accomodated our doggo Chester. It was so nice to switch off and relax. Thank you
