Not the best service from this store. I wanted to exchange a gift but was told to just go to another store. Also after paying for the items I bought, the prices were different from the booklet. She told me those prices were old. Would be nice if she told me before I go ahead & pay for it. After that I went to the other store in Innaloo to exchange the gift, no stock was available. The girl was very friendly at the Innaloo store & she checked in her computer & told me Whitford has stocks available. She wrote down the phone for me to call before I go there. Got the gift exchanged at Whitford. Very friendly staff at Whitford. I definitely won't be going to Karrinyup anymore.

After receiving two gift cards one of $100 and one of $50 for my birthday on 30/01 I was excited to go and purchase a necklace that I had my eye on. I love pandora itself and always have great service at other stores however today at the Karrinyup store this was not as pleasant. When you have a birthday pandora give you 15% off to spend within 30days of your birthday, today I was turned down being 3 days after my birthday and told that I couldn't receive my 15% off because it was no longer January, I knew that wasn't the case because I had been told by a manager in early jan at a different store that I could use it within 30days and that I should wait so I can get the discount. I wouldn't have minded as much if she wasn't so rude about it today, but she missed out on a nice sale and I took my gift vouchers to a different store and now have my beautiful necklace.I won't be returning to the Karrinyup store until they have new staff that are trained in good respectful customer service.

Staff are so rude and had no place asking me to wear a mask with my exemption. Also, teach your staff that you CANNOT ask to see someone's exemption particularly when it contains PRIVATE information regarding my reason for the exemption which is between myself and my doctor only. I will be taking this further and would like for you to teach your staff what is LEGALLY PRIVILEGED INFORMATION and what they have the right to know concerning a member of the public wishing to enter the store. I have the staff members names and they and your store can expect to receive fines in the near future regarding this. I am sick and tired of being shamed for a medical reason that has absolutely nothing to do with these kids that have absolutely no idea of the law. Will be taking this further

My pandora ring that i got for christmas last year started turning black and i had no idea why. So, i took it here for one of the lady’s to have a look and she replaced my ring immediately. I can’t express how grateful i am, i wish i had gotten the two ladies name’s that helped me. Thank you so much for doing this. I am so grateful.

Excellent service even when the store was full clients

I’ve been a customer of Pandora for years. For some reason this store just seems incompetent. I ask about some earrings but wasn’t offered to try them on like what happens most of the time (unless it was a covid thing, but was never explained to me)Then when trying to pay the staff couldn’t find my account. No idea why, it’s never been a problem before. Was instructed to go online and change the country on my account cause I could be signed up in an another country? (I’ve never left the county let alone the state, and never purchased anything from the online store)I’ve always gone to the same store at Morley but was just in the area that I popped into here but I think after this fluffing around I’ll just stay there for good
